KICKOFF   25 MINUTES

Where your
Specialist
aims first

Your Specialist is chosen and you meet them tomorrow. The next twenty minutes are about pointing them in the right direction, so they spend week one on what actually matters to you instead of guessing.

01
We tell you

Who does what

So you always know who to go to.

We do this

  • Find them, check them, and choose who you meet
  • Hold them to the standard they signed
  • Train them in their first week
  • Pay them
  • Replace them if it is not working

You do this

  • Run them as if they were your own employee
  • Tell them what to do and what comes first
  • Give them feedback on the work
  • Give them the logins and tools they need

If you ever end up dealing with someone not showing up, that is ours to fix, not yours. Send it to us.

One honest thing before we start

Your Specialist is good. They are not going to be perfect in week one, and anyone who tells you otherwise is selling you something. Nobody is fluent in a business they have known for seven days.

What they will be is trainable, fast. So the useful thing you can do in the next twenty minutes is tell us where to aim them first, and what can wait. That is what the rest of this page is.

You tell us

The first 30 days

Nobody takes on everything at once. The ones who try are the ones who drop something.

Other clients have said: "My inbox is empty by 9am and I did not touch it." · "Nobody waits more than an hour for a reply." · "Every lead gets followed up, every time." · "I stop booking my own calls."

This one protects you. Everything on this line still happens, just later and properly, instead of badly in week two.

03
You tell us

What should they pay extra attention to

Your Specialist reads this before day one. Pick the three you want them watching hardest.

04
You tell us

When they work

The clock you actually work by, not where your office is.

Which means, where they are
Pick a timezone and a start time
They work your clock, not theirs.
05
You tell us

How you like to work

Things other clients told us: "Don't book me before 9am." · "Show me before you reply to my client." · "No exclamation marks." · "Text me, don't call."

06
You tell us

What they need to log into

Day one should not be spent chasing passwords.

Things people forget: the password manager itself · the shared drive · the phone system · the booking link · the invoicing tool · anywhere client files live

Two rules

  • Never put a password on this page. Use a password manager
  • Make them their own login. Never share yours
