1. A quick video. Use your phone's selfie camera in a spot with good light, and just talk like you're chatting with a friend. No script. Send one clip or a few short ones, however it comes out. Mess up? Just start over, it doesn't need to be polished.
2. A photo and a few words. Camera-shy? Send one clear photo of yourself and type a couple of sentences instead. A real face with a real quote is just as powerful.
