How long does onboarding take?
5 days from your first call to your VA's first completed task.
Day 1: we assess your business and bottlenecks.
Days 2-3: we match and brief your VA on your tools, workflows, and SOPs.
Day 4: introductions and task handoff.
Day 5: your VA is working. You don't write a job post, do an interview, or train anyone.
What if my VA doesn't work out?
We replace them at zero cost, no questions asked. If performance drops below your standards at any point — not just in the first 14 days — tell us and we'll have a replacement VA briefed and working within 48 hours. This guarantee has no expiration date.
Are VAs available during US business hours?
Yes. All Jarvis VAs work on US business hours (your timezone) and are available Monday through Friday. When you message, you get a response during your workday — not overnight.
What automations are included?
Within the first 30 days, your VA identifies repetitive tasks in your workflow and we build automations to eliminate them. Common setups include: lead follow-up sequences, inbox triage rules, CRM pipeline updates, appointment booking flows, and client onboarding checklists. We use Durable AI, Zapier, Make, and GHL depending on your existing stack. Automation setup is included in your monthly rate — no separate build fee.
Can I scale hours up or down?
Yes. We offer two tiers: 20 hrs/week ($866/mo), 40 hrs/week ($1,777/mo). You can move between tiers with reasonable notice. There's no penalty for scaling down and no lock-in for scaling up.
Where are the VAs based?
The Philippines. Our VAs are university-educated professionals who pass a 7-stage vetting process — less than 1% of applicants make it through. They work US business hours, communicate fluently in English, and are pre-trained on US business tools and culture before they ever touch your account.
Is there a contract?
All engagements are month-to-month. You can cancel with reasonable notice. We don't lock you in because we expect you to stay — not because we're forcing you to.
How does the replacement process work?
Email your account manager. That's it. We handle everything — briefing the new VA on your workflows, SOPs, and tools. Replacements are completed within 48 hours. You don't re-onboard, you don't re-train, and you don't lose momentum. The work continues while the swap happens in the background.
